The Academy of architecture Library grants loans of works from its collections for scientific events or important cultural private or public initiatives.

The official loan request needs to be addressed to the office of the Head librarian at least one month before the beginning of the event.
Documents attached to the official loan request include:

• the "Facility report" (Allegato A), detailing the event's display modes and security measures
• one copy of the "Document description" (Allegato B) for each requested document

Loans are granted if the requesting institution explicitly accepts to respect all conditions regarding the safety and appropriate conservation of all loaned documents.
