At the moment of leaving USI, students are requested to certify that no obligations towards the library (fines, blocks, unreturned loans) are pending.

Once your academic tasks are finished (exams, critiques) please fill in the form to request the Clearance statement from the Library. This will allow you later to retrieve the documents and the deposit amount you handed to the administration at the moment of immatriculation.
