Library clearance statement
In compliance with USI administrative regulations for the submission of Bachelor and Master theses, a Library clearance statement, declaring that all obligations with the library have been cleared, must be handed in together with the thesis.
This will allow students to retrieve degree certificate, administrative documents and, for students from the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture, the deposit amount handed to the administration at the moment of immatriculation.
I, the undersigned, compiling the following form, request a statement that all my obligations to this library have been cleared.
