Loans for exhibitions
The Library of the Academy of Architecture allows the loan of works from its collections for academic activities or significant cultural events, organized by public or private institutions.
Official requests for loans should be sent to the Library Management at least one month before the inauguration of the exhibition.
The official loan request should have a Facility Report attached containing all the information on the mounting of the exhibition and security measures at the exhibition venue, as well as a copy of the completed form in Attachment B for each item requested on loan.
The granting of the loan depends on the explicit commitment of the institution requesting the loan to respect all the conditions guaranteeing the protection and appropriate conservation of the material on loan.
